Open the tabs on the ram slot then line the ram up with the slot. Then firmly press the ram into the slot. That is it, most likely the most simple part of building a computer. Dont be afraid to use a little force the ram wont break.
CPU installation

This is where things get a little more tricky. The socket on the motherboard that the CPU fits into had hundreds of little gold pins that will bend and break the entire mother board if any pressure is applied to them in an incorrect way. Start by lifting the little metal retention arm off of the socket and pulling back. The black plastic cover will pop off at this point. Then line up the triangle on the CPU with the triangle on the motherboard socket. Gently lower the CPU into the socket. THIS REQUIRES NO FORCE. If you feel any crack or crunch then you have done something wrong. After the CPU is in the socket then lower the cover back on and lover the retention arm back into its original place. This will require a little force but not much. The CPU is now fully secured in the mother board. Now place the stock cooler on your CPU. Then push on diagonal pins firmly.
